By accessing and using the Celebravo website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other applicable policies referenced here. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Celebravo. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order on Celebravo. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep it updated. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account.

Account security: Keep your login credentials safe. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately via our Contact Us page.

You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use our services to:

• Violate any law, including intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking
• Infringe on the privacy or rights of others

Prohibited content: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, obscene, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

We strive to keep product descriptions, prices, and images accurate, but we don't guarantee they'll always be error-free. Celebravo reserves the right to modify product details, including prices, at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and listing errors New: In the rare case a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even if the order was already confirmed.

Colour, fabric & sizing variance New: Slight variations in colour (due to screen display settings, lighting, or dye lots) and minor size variations (typically within industry-standard tolerances) can occur in garment manufacturing. These variations are not considered defects and are not, by themselves, grounds for a return or exchange.

Order processing: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Celebravo. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment methods: We accept credit/debit cards, other online payment options, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Prepaid orders may be eligible for additional discounts as displayed on the site. All online payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.

Billing information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information when making a purchase, including your name, address, and payment details.

Processing time: Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24–48 hours on working days. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next working day.

Shipping charges: We currently offer free shipping on all orders, across India, with express (air) shipping as our default mode.

Delivery time: Roughly 1–3 working days in metro cities, 3–5 working days in tier-2 cities, and 5–7 working days in tier-3 and rural areas, unless shipping issues occur. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Order tracking: You can track your shipment by logging into your Celebravo account, via the tracking updates we send on WhatsApp and email, or directly through our courier partner using your tracking number.

Delivery delays: Celebravo is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions or courier disruptions. See also Section 13, Force Majeure.

Order cancellation: Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled, but a return can be initiated in line with our Return Policy after you receive the item.

Non-acceptance at delivery: If you choose not to accept your order at delivery, it will be returned to us. Refunds are processed once the product reaches our warehouse, which can take up to 10 business days. For prepaid orders not accepted at delivery, the refund is processed after deducting up to ₹150 towards shipping and handling charges.

Repeated non-acceptance New: If a customer repeatedly refuses to accept COD orders at delivery, Celebravo reserves the right to require prepayment on future orders, or to decline processing further COD orders from that account, at its discretion.

Refunds: Refunds for returned items are processed per our Exchange & Refund Policy.

By placing an order or creating an account, you consent to receive order-related communication — including confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and delivery notifications — via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone. You may also receive promotional messages through these channels, which you can opt out of at any time by contacting our support team.

By submitting, posting, or sharing content (such as reviews, images, or comments) on the Celebravo website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described there.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Celebravo is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where that failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier or logistics network failures, government action, internet or payment gateway outages, or other events of a similar nature.

Celebravo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the services provided.

You agree to indemnify and hold Celebravo, its founders, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction Updated: Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising from these Terms.

Arbitration: Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through arbitration, seated in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and conducted in English, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, rather than through court proceedings, before either party pursues any other remedy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Exchange & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Celebravo regarding your use of our services, and supersede any prior understanding, whether written or oral, including any informal communication over phone, email, or WhatsApp. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
