Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases on www.celebravo.in, operated by Mayukh Enterprises. By ordering with us, you agree to the terms below.

Returns & Exchanges — When

Situation	Window
Wrong item, wrong size, or fit issue	3 days from delivery
Damaged / defective / incorrect item	24 hrs from delivery + unboxing video

Not eligible: sale items, custom/made-to-order pieces, or anything used, washed, or missing tags/packaging.

Exchanges

• Size exchange: one-time, same product, different size — subject to stock availability
• Product exchange: you may also exchange your item for a different product of equal or higher price. If the new product costs more, the price difference must be paid before the replacement is shipped
• Only one exchange request is allowed per order — once used, no further return/exchange applies
• The replacement product will be shipped only after the original item is picked up, received at our end, and clears quality check

Conditions for Approval

• Unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags/packaging
• Missing/wrong item claims need an unboxing video
• One return/exchange request per order, max
• Pickup attempted twice; if unsuccessful, self-ship is required

Final approval is subject to quality check on our end.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method
• COD orders: store credit/gift card, valid 120 days
• Shipping charges, if charged separately, are non-refundable
• Refund initiated within 3–5 business days after QC passes

Pickup & Shipping

• Free pickup where our courier partner covers your area
• If unavailable, self-ship and we'll reimburse up to ₹150 (with valid courier receipt), added to your refund/credit

Cancellations

• Cancel anytime before dispatch — no fixed cutoff
• Not possible once dispatched
• Prepaid cancellations refunded within 5–7 business days

Fabric Care

Some fabrics may release minor dye in early washes — wash separately, use mild detergent, avoid soaking. This isn't a defect and isn't returnable. Genuine defects or color issues (before wear/wash) can be reported within 48 hrs with photos.

Fair Use

We may decline repeated/suspicious requests or restrict accounts that misuse this policy.

Other Notes

• We stand behind fit per our size chart, but aren't responsible for damage from use, washing, or care
• Keep handover photos/video from pickup — we're not liable for items lost in reverse transit
