Orders Cancelled Before Dispatch:

If you decide to
cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will process a full refund with
no cancellation charges.
Cancel from Your Account Dashboard:

You can easily
cancel your order directly from your Celebravo account dashboard. Simply log
in, go to your order history, and select the option to cancel the order. This
option is available only before the order is dispatched.
· Once the order has been dispatched or is in transit, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders (Non-Acceptance at
Delivery):

If you choose not
to accept your order at the time of delivery, we will process the refund after
the product is returned to us. Please note the following:

If you do not
accept your order at the time of delivery, the item will be returned to us.

Once we receive
the returned product, we will initiate your refund to the original payment
method used during the order.

The refund will
be processed within 10 business days after the product is successfully returned
to our warehouse.
Refund Timeline:

10 business days for the product to be delivered back to us and for your refund
