Cancellation Policy

At Celebravo, we understand that plans can change.

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• If your order has not been dispatched, we will provide a 100% refund.

• There are no cancellation charges.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. 

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

Replacement Policy

At Celebravo, we maintain a No Refund Policy.

However, we do offer easy exchanges under the following conditions:

• You can exchange the product for:  different size / color / design

• The exchange product must be of the same price value as your original purchase. 
  

  • In case of damaged or wrong product received, please contact us within 48 hours with product images.

• The item must be:

  • Unused / Unwashed

  • In original packaging and with all tags intact

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
