Good to know before you request

We offer exchange only — for a different size, colour or design of equal value. No refunds once delivered.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Received a damaged or wrong item? Write to us within 48 hours with photos so we can prioritise it.
If our courier partner is unable to pick up from your location, you'll need to self-ship the item to us — we'll reimburse the shipping cost up to ₹150 once we receive it.

We verify your order

Our team checks eligibility and calls or emails you within 24–48 hours.

Pickup is scheduled

A courier collects the item from your address, at no extra cost. If pickup isn't available at your pincode, we'll ask you to self-ship it and reimburse up to ₹150 towards the cost.

Your new item ships

Once the return is picked up, your replacement is dispatched.
