- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Only one-time size exchange is permitted per order.
- If the requested size is out of stock, you may opt for a dress exchange of the same value.
Dress Exchange (Same Value)
- Dress exchange is allowed only for products of the same value.
- If the selected dress is of higher value, the difference amount must be paid.
- If the selected dress is of lower value, no refund will be issued for the balance.
- Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
